“I think it’s a great idea but I am just using it lightly, like maybe once a week, because it is conveniently next to my office. I hesitate to buy the package deals because it is such a huge commitment, even if the cost may come out to only $2.09 per session. I think the culture of Singaporeans is to always look for a valuable deal that expires quickly. Maybe The Gym Pod can offer smaller packages that expire quickly to incentivize more Gym Podders to buy for the short term.

Solutions based on customer feedback:

  • 3 sessions for $6; valid for 10 days

  • 10 sessions for $30; valid 2 months

  • Give out more free sessions for new users (3-5) but have them expire if they aren’t redeemed within the first month

  • Announce discount codes on social media that are valid only if redeemed within an hour of the post

I love the privacy aspect of The Gym Pod, but it is definitely still a far walk from my office to get here. I would still use The Gym Pod if it was placed in a more central location. I can still pull the blinds down to get my privacy. The fact they are recycling is pretty cool too, but sometimes I forget about it honestly.

SOLUTIONS BASED ON CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

  • Place pods in a more central location with more traffic and more visibility; if Gym Podders want privacy, encourage them to close the blinds

  • Automate pulling blinds up when they are not in use so by-passers can see what is inside

  • Increase focus on sustainability and eco-consciousness

#3. QUOTES FROM NON-GYM PODDERS

I think they should emphasize more about what they are doing for the environment! In addition to promoting health & fitness, they are also helping save the planet! There are a ton of festivals such as the Conscious Festival, Yoga Fest, and Earth Fest that they could get a booth at and increase their presence!
— Jaclyn Yost, Ecomadic CEO
They should use Instagram and other social media more. Me and my friends are always on Instagram, and we are all quite into fitness, but we just heard about Gym Pod today.

I also guest write for Green is the New Black, and they love featuring these kinds of things! I’d love to put The Gym Pod in touch with our team!
